Abstract: In order to reduce the production cost of edible fungi and realize the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes, different proportions (5%, 10%, 15%) of chestnut bud and ginkgo biloba leaves were used to replace cottonseed shells in cultivation experiments, and the mycelia growth, fruiting body traits, yield and bioconversion rate of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus geesteranus under different treatments were compared and analyzed. The results showed that compared with the control (cottonseed shell 87%, wheat bran 10%, lime 3%), the formula of chestnut bud 10%, cottonseed shell 78%, wheat bran 10%, lime 3% could promote the cap growth, improve the quality, but had certain inhibitory effect on mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus, while could promote the growth of mycelia of Pleurotus geesteranus. The yield of single bag of Pleurotus ostreatus and
Pleurotus ostreatus was 1 077.53 g and 815.53 g, respectively, and the bioconversion rate increased by 31.40,
32.40 percentage points compared with the control, respectively. The formula of ginkgo biloba leaves 10%,
cottonseed shell 78%, wheat bran 10% and lime 3% could promote the mycelia growth of Pleurotus ostreatus
and Pleurotus ostreatus, the yield of single bag was 1 010.16 g and 608.93 g, respectively, and the bioconversion
rate increased by 20.55, 3.50 percentage points compared with the control, respectively. Chestnut bud and ginkgo
biloba leaves could be used for the production of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus geesteranus. |
