| Abstract: In the factory cultivation, after producing mushrooms for the first time of Pleurotus nebrodensis, the sticks are generally discarded and no longer used because of the water content is too low to mushroom production for the second time. Even if the mushrooms are produced for the second time, the yield is low and other resources are caused to be waste. Through many years of experiment and production practice, the secondary cultivation technology of fungus sticks by covering soil had been explored, which could greatly improve the yield
and economic benefits, and made full use of sticks resources. The key points of technology included cultivation
season, cultivation facilities, preparation before covering soil, method of covering soil, fruiting management and
so on. |
