Abstract: In order to cultivate brand products of edible fungi, improve the industrial chain of edible fungi and explore a new path for the establishment of brand of edible fungi industry, the basis of the development of edible fungi in Heshun county was analyzed, and the advantages and current situation of the development of edible fungi industry in Heshun county were summarized, which were manifested in the initial success of brand construction, the improvement of quality and efficiency driven by leading enterprises and the optimization of the industry through collaborative sharing. Through the analysis of the current situation and shortcomings, a new path for the establishment of edible fungi brand was explored, including cultivating local talents and optimizing the quality of edible fungi, strengthening supervision and management to ensure the safety of edible fungi, innovating the operation mode to open up a new market for edible fungi, introducing technical teams to enhance the competitiveness of edible fungi, building a sales platform and promoting the marketization of edible fungi brands. In addition, it was necessary to rely on supporting policies, give play to the leading role of technical teams and leading enterprises, attract skilled young intellectuals to return home for innovation and entrepreneurship, promote local employment of migrant workers, and help the edible fungus industry to develop into high-end, high-quality and brand. |
