| Abstract: In order to screen out the high temperature resistant strains of Pleurotus ostreatus suitable for
cultivation in Fangshan area, a comparative experiment of bag cultivation was carried out in solar greenhouse. 10
strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were compared with mycelial growth conditions, fruitbody agronomic characters
and biological efficiency, the results showed that the overall performance of 'Zaoqiu No.4' was better, the mycelial
growth was fast, the mushroom body was beautiful, and the biological efficiency was the highest with 38.82%.
And it was suggested to be popularized and applied in the high temperature season of Fangshan district. |
