为高效利用蛋鸡厂废鸡蛋液资源,选取废鸡蛋液作为氮源代替麸皮用于平菇栽培,探究其对平菇子实体中粗多糖产量及其体外抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:添加废鸡蛋液对于平菇粗多糖得率没有显著影响,各处理组粗多糖得率维持在2.87%~4.93%。粗多糖浓度为10 mg/mL时,添加废鸡蛋液的P4组总抗氧化活性最高,达到0.48 mmol/L(FeSO4),对ABTS+自由基和DPPH自由基的清除率均最高,分别为77.38%和86.19%。废鸡蛋液可以用于平菇栽培的替代氮源,表现出良好的粗多糖产率和抗氧化活性。 |

Abstract: In order to effi cient utilize the waste egg liquid resources of egg factories, the waste egg liquid was treated as the nitrogen source insteading of the wheat bran for production of Pleurotus ostreatus, effects of that on the yield of crude polysaccharide of fruiting bodies and antioxidant activity in vitro were studied. The results showed that the yield of crude polysaccharide in all the treatment groups showed no signifi cant difference with the yield range of 2.87%-4.93%. When the concentration of crude polysaccharide was 10 mg/mL, the waste egg liquid adding group P4 demonstrated the highest total antioxidant activity of 0.48 mmol/L (FeSO4), the scavenging ability of ABTS+ free radical and DPPH free radical were all highest with 77.38% and 86.19%, respectively. It was suggested that the waste egg liquid could be used as an alternative nitrogen source for cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with relatively high crude polysaccharide yield and antioxidant activity. |
