| In order to investigate the effects of different opening methods on the yield and quality of Auricularia auricular in bag cultivation and explore an effective way of low cost and high benefit planting, the shape, yield and commodity rate of Auricularia auricular were compared and analyzed under six opening treatments in bag cultivation, such as large V-shaped opening, small V-shaped opening, Y-shaped opening, semicircular opening, crossshaped opening and one-piece opening, by taking the traditional big V-shaped opening mode as the control. The results showed that the total yield of fresh Auricularia auricular was the highest under the treatment of small V-shaped opening. The yield of high-quality commercial Auricularia auricular under the treatment of one-shaped opening was the highest, accounting for 65.6% of the total yield of commercial Auricularia auricular, and the buds were orderly, the size and growth of Auricularia auricular pieces were uniform, and the Auricularia auricular shape was bowl, and the commodity rate was high and the quality was good. Based on the production benefit and market consumption habit, it was considered that the best opening method of Auricularia auricular was one-piece opening. |
