Abstract: In view of the actual demand of Beijing chestnut mushroom production and sales, according to the characteristics of fresh-eating chestnut mushroom, referring to the relevant industry standards, taking 'Qianxi No.1' chestnut mushroom as the test material, the preliminary design of chestnut mushroom grading index was carried out through the determination and analysis of the size and quality of chestnut mushroom in the peak production period, summarizing the distribution law and combining with the sales characteristics. The results showed that the grading standard of chestnut mushroom size based on the diameter of fruiting body and the length of mushroom leaves was suitable for the sales of whole and single mushroom leaves, and was suitable for the circulation, storage and sales of fresh chestnut mushroom products. The suggested quality grading standard was more convenient for the manufacturer to apply and operate. |
