Abstract: In order to solve the problem of rice straw recycling in rice production areas and enrich the source of substrate materials for bag fungi cultivation, The production experiments in recent years were summarized, and a set of new technology of bag and stereoscopic cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with rice straw clinker was explored. The investment cost was 799.2 yuan per 667 m2 less than that of conventional cultivation mode of cottonseed hull, and the production was not affected by seasons, and with short processing time of raw materials of new technology of bag and stereoscopic cultivation, less labor, small occupied area, and low pollution rate. The net income was higher, which increased by 2 468.2, 1 867.8, 135.2 yuan per 667 m2 compared with the conventional cultivation mode of rice straw, rice straw fermentation material cultivation mode and cottonseed hull cultivation mode, respectively. The new technology was conducive to the large-scale production of Pleurotus ostreatus in Xiangyang and surrounding rice producing areas. |
