Abstract: The price of chestnut mushroom is good because of its high nutritional value, but its quality and sales volume are seriously affected by the limited postharvest preservation technology. Based on the investigation and comparison of the application status of the production and sales channels and the commercialization technology of the producing areas in the main producing areas of chestnut mushroom in Beijing, the problems restricting the development of chestnut mushroom industry from the aspects of sales channels, harvesting time, harvesting maturity, grading index, precooling and fresh-keeping facilities and equipments, packaging were analyzed, which were helpful for the targeted technical research, the realization of technical service industry, the promotion of scale expanding, enhancing competitiveness and promoting industrial development. |
