Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of spent Grifola frondosa substrates on the cultivation of Grifola frondosa, different proportions of spent Grifola frondosa substrates were added to the new cultivation material to compare the mycelium growth, cultivation cycle and biological efficiency. The results showed that the mycelium growth speed was significantly increased at 10% and 20%, but not significantly increased at 30%, and then decreased rapidly and yellow water increased in the later period of bag culture. The proportion of spent Grifola frondosa substrates had no effect on the times from primordium formation to harvesting, but mainly affected the time of primordium formation. When the proportion was 10% and 20%, the times of primordium formation was significantly shortened, the 30% effect was not significant, and then significantly delayed. When the proportion was 30%, the biological efficiency was the highest. Finally, the optimum proportion of spent Grifola frondosa substrates was 20%~30%, and the average biological efficiency increased by 10.84%. |
