| Abstract: The factory production technology of Agaricus brunnescens that was suitable for local characteristics was developed by using the intelligent ecological planting system of edible fungi in Holland. The technology mainly included factory building, production management, disease and pest control, harvesting, product standardization and culture material treatment, which ensured the yield and quality of Agaricus brunnescens, and reduced the labor costs required by production. The good economic and social benefits would be obtained. |
