| 从贵州马铃薯商品薯产后商品化处理技术、贮运保鲜技术、生物防治技术及冷链物流系统等方面分析了贵州马铃薯商品薯贮运保鲜的现状及存在的问题，并且提出了相应的解决措施，如加快推进商品薯品种结构优化、标准化生产及贮运标准的制订；加强商品薯分级包装技术与贮运保鲜研究；加强生物防治技术在商品薯产后病害控制中的应用；建立商品薯产后预冷与冷链物流系统等，旨在延长马铃薯商品薯贮运保鲜时间，降低贮运期间损失率，提升产品附加值。 |

| Abstract: The present situation and existing problems of commercial potato during storage and transportation in Guizhou were analyzed from the aspects of post-harvest quality level of the commercial potato, storage and transportation technology, the cold chain logistics system for the commercial potato and so on. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward, which contained formulating standardized production and storage and transportation standards, strengthening classified packaging technology and storage and transportation of commercial potato, strengthening application of biological control technology in postharvest disease control of commercial potato, establishing postharvest pre-cooling and cold chain logistics system of commercial potato. The above would be expected to prolong the storage and transportation time of commercial potato and reduce the loss during storage and transportation and increase the postpartum additional value. |
