Abstract: Taking the tomato of early spring cultivation in sunlight greenhouse as the research object, the effects of farm manure, chemical fertilizer, biogas manure and no fertilizer on the transplanting survival rate, growth, disease resistance and fruit quality were studied under the condition of equal N, P2O5 and K2O nutrients. The results showed that after applying biogas residue as basic fertilizer and biogas slurry as additional fertilizer, the survival rate of tomato transplanting was 98.5%, the plant growth was promoted, the fruit number of single plant was increased and the average fruit number of single plant reached 26.3. The disease resistance was improved with the decreasing of disease index. The content of soluble solid, VC and sugar-acid ratio were increased by 8.79%, 23.7% and 15.3%, respectively, and the content of nitrite was decreased by 4.5% compared with the control. The production cost was reduced, the planting income was increased, and the input-output ratio reached 0.66. |
