      综述了对碳、氢等稳定同位素丰度的特异性差别的判别原理及稳定同位素质谱(IRMS)在农产品产地溯源和有机鉴别中应用的情况,以及稳定同位素在农田环境中的应用情况,其包括污染源示踪、污染物生物降解研究和转化机理的探寻;最后对稳定同位素技术在农产品安全领域的应用进行了总结。

      Abstract: The principle of distinguishing the specificity of stable isotope abundances such as carbon and hydrogen and the application of stable isotope mass spectrometry (IRMS) in traceability and doping identification of agricultural products were reviewed. The application status of stable isotope was summarized in the field of agricultural, which included pollution source tracing, biodegradation research and transformation mechanism. In the end, the application of stable isotope technology in the field of agricultural product safety was summarized.
