Abstract: Contrast experiment was conducted to study the effects of humic acid Sophora alopecuroides organic fertilizer, commodity organic fertilizer and dry chicken manure (CK) on the growth, yield, quality, disease resistance and soil microorganisms of cucumber in facility cultivation under equal nutrient fertilization. The results showed that using humic acid Sophora alopecuroide organic fertilizer could make cucumber plant grow healthily and strongly, increase chlorophyll content of functional leaves, decrease deformed fruits, increase yield by 15.87% than CK, improve contents of vitamin C, total soluble sugar and reducing sugar, enhance the disease resistance and optimize the soil microorganisms. This fertilizer benefited cucumber and soil, which was suitable to popularize in the main producing areas of cucumber in facility cultivation. |
