Abstract: The research status of the effects of cultivation measures on tomato flavor quality were summarized, which obtained cultivation season, cultivation methods, shading net, LED lamp, rational fertilization and so on. The cultivation methods mainly included soil cultivation, hydroponics and aerosol cultivation. Fertilizers included nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, trace element fertilizers, organic fertilizers and so on. The influences of different cultivation measures on the main indicators of flavor quality were analyzed, and the trends of future research were discussed. |
