| Abstract: The price fluctuation law of vegetables was introduced, which was that the price of vegetables fluctuated frequently and the amplitude of fluctuation had an increasing tendency. Then, the influence factors and risk level of price fluctuation of vegetables were elaborated in detail and the main influence factors included cost, economic cycle, hot money speculation, weather, information asymmetry and so on. Finally, the risk assessment of vegetables price was made, combining with other agricultural products, and it was found that there was a high risk of vegetables price in Hebei province. |
