Abstract: To research the effects of different reserve temperatures on diauxic growth of garlic, the rate of emergence and diauxy of garlic were mainly measured at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 ℃. The results showed that the emergence rates of garlic under 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 ℃ were significantly decreased than that of the control. The diauxy rates of garlic under 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 ℃were significantly increased than that of the control, while that of garlic was not affected under 12 ℃. 12 ℃ was the best reserve temperature by comprehensive consideration of the above two indexes. |
