Abstract: The comprehensive surveys of Tuber indicum Cooke et Massee were summarized, whichincluded naming, distribution, molecular systematics, genetic diversity, biochemistry, life history, cultivationand so on. The problems to be solved in the current research were analyzed, which included that wild Tuberindicum could not meet the requirements of large-scale production, strains of artificial cultivation hadnot been received. The proposals for further study, such as strengthening research on the resources of thesouthwest region, establishing the appropriate protection mechanism, carrying out science popularizationwere also recommended. |
