| Abstract: In order to select high-quality, high-yield and good adaptability fewer spines cucumbercultivars which were suitable for facility cultivation in Shanghai, the experiment analyzed the differencesbetween 6 fewer spines cucumber cultivars from Japan on field characters, growth period, transversediameter, vertical diameter and single fruit weight of the fruit, with the Shenza No.4 as contrast. The resultsshowed that the 2 cultivars, Xialv No.1 and Fengrong No.1, were outstanding in yielding ability, fruitquality, downy mildew resistance and powdery mildew resistance, so they were suitable for planting andemonstrating in Shanghai. |
