      Abstract: The paper elaborated the concept and research progress of RNAi technology, and statedthe research progress of RNAi technology in watermelon virus resistance, and then briefly discussed some problems combination of the watermelon virus disease hazards and their occurrence characteristics. In addition, make an expectation for RNAi technology.
