| Abstract: Based on the investigation and research of wild vegetable resources in Zhongtiao Mountains,the representative species and development status of wild vegetables were summarized. Then some proposalshad been put forward to development the wild vegetable resources, such as establishing artificial breedingbases to realize large-scale production, deep processing of wild vegetables for achieving the diversificationof products, researching and developing the delicious recipes and health care formulations, publicizing andprotecting positivily the wild vegetable resources, and so on. |
