| Abstract: In order to make a reasonable evaluation to the biological characters, quality, yeild, andso on of new Chinese cabbage Qiuguan, the comparative test which used the Chinese cabbage Huaguan ascontrol was conducted under the field production. The results showed that the plant height, plant width, leaflength, leaf width and number of leaves of Qiuguan were better than those of control. Plant shape of Qiuguan was compact and the average yield was 18.5%, 25.6% higher than that of the control in different placesduring spring and autumn seasons respectively. The disease resistance and stress resistance of QiuguanChinese cabbage were stronger than that of the control. The vitamin C, soluble protein, soluble sugar contentof Qiuguan are higher than the control, and comprehensive nutrition quality characters were better than thecontrol. |
